Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home décor.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong customer service skills.
Good organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
Good reporting and IT competence.
Knowledge of showroom management and visual merchandising is an advantage.
Eye for design, detail, and presentation.
